Earbanger Earphones will no longer be accepting returns without a warranty card, receipt or proof of purchase from an authorized dealer.
Earbanger earphones have a 6 month warranty on our $25 and under models. Which include:
Champs
Sharks
Black Widow
Black and Gold
Punk Rock Pink
Our $30 models and higher have a FULL 1 year warranty. The warranty is simple. If it's our fault the earphones failed you and theres no physical damage to the earphones, send them to us in the warranty time frame and we will send you out a new set. Send all returns with delivery confirmation and we are not responsible for ANY returns that do not reach us or packages without a delivery confirmation number and proof of tracking. Please include the following information with your return:

•Address
•Contact email address
•Phone number
•Problem with the earphones (please be specific)
